Agentic AI.
For business.

A six-session program for leaders and their teams.

Identify real AI opportunities. Design workflows that solve actual problems. Build working prototypes you can use immediately. By session six, you walk out with a roadmap, a prototype, and a brief your developers can ship.

01 / The problem

Most AI initiatives never reach ROI.

Not because AI is hard. Because nobody on the team has been trained to lead the people and the technology together.

95%

95% of organizations report zero measurable return from their AI spend.

The gap is not technical. It is the missing skill of identifying which problems AI can actually solve, which workflows it can credibly own, and where the line between human and agent has to live. We teach that skill in six sessions, with real artifacts at the end of each one.

02 / What you walk out with

Three artifacts. Yours to keep.

No certificates of completion. Real work product, ready to ship into your business the same week you finish the program.

Output 01

A categorized AI roadmap.

Mapped across the four offices of the future: Revenue, Talent, Innovation, Operations. Sorted by leverage and difficulty, with a clear first project.

Output 02

A working AI prototype.

Built by you, in the program. Ready to use the same day. Not a slide deck of what AI could one day do. A live workflow you can run on Monday.

Output 03

A production-ready brief.

The exact spec your tech team or a contractor can take and turn into a permanent system. With the line drawn between what you lead and where an engineer takes over.

03 / Curriculum

Six sessions. One arc.

Each session ends with a working artifact. By session six, the artifacts stack into a complete agentic system you designed, prototyped, and can hand to an engineer.

01
The Roadmap

Find AI opportunities your business actually has.

You know AI is a big deal. You also know that "do AI" is not a strategy.

  • Scan your business across four offices: Revenue, Talent, Innovation, Operations
  • Sort opportunities by leverage and difficulty
  • Write a categorized AI roadmap with a clear first project

Outcome You stop chasing every shiny demo. You leave with three projects to ship and a reason for each.

02
Packaged Prompts

Turn one-off prompts into a tool your team can run.

You re-type the same brief into ChatGPT every week. Your team does too. Nobody compounds.

  • Convert ad-hoc prompts into named, reusable assets
  • Add inputs, examples, and guardrails so the team can run them
  • Build your first packaged prompt live, end-to-end

Outcome Anyone on the team can run "draft launch announcement" or "score inbound lead" without re-explaining the brief.

03
The Workflow

Wire end-to-end so AI fits where it actually saves time.

A single great prompt is not a workflow. The work is what happens between the prompts.

  • Map your idea using the 7-step Trigger Sequence
  • Define what AI handles vs. where a human stays in the loop
  • Wire the trigger, the action, the routing, the review

Outcome A messy 3-day process collapses into a 30-minute loop. The human only sees what needs a human.

04
Decision Logic

Teach your workflow how to decide.

An HR director wants AI to screen inbound job applications. But not make final decisions.

  • Define classification logic: auto-advance, flag for review, decline
  • Set routing rules by role type and experience level
  • Build response templates for each path

Outcome AI executes the decision logic you designed. The team only reviews the top 20%, without missing a single qualified candidate.

05
The Agent

Set the guardrails so AI can act alone.

A marketing CEO wants to stop manually following up with webinar attendees who didn't convert.

  • Build an agent that triggers when a lead goes cold
  • It classifies intent, selects the right message, sends it
  • Set the boundaries of what the agent is never allowed to do

Outcome Re-engages 200 cold leads per month automatically. A human is only looped in when someone replies.

06
Production

The brief you hand to a developer.

You've built something that works. Now you need your tech team or a contractor to make it permanent.

  • Translate your prototype into a clear written spec
  • Define what you lead vs. where an engineer takes over
  • Walk out understanding the developer superpower: The Stack

Outcome You stop being the bottleneck between a prototype and a shipped product. The handoff is clean.

04 / Format

How it runs.

Built so a team of four can join one cohort, run the program together, and ship the same prototype.

05 / Who it's for

Any role. Any background.

The program is built for the leaders and operators who already own a workflow. You do not need a technical background. You will leave with a clearer sense of how the AI half of the job actually works.

Leadership

Evaluating AI projects without losing six months to the wrong one.

Executive Assistants

Building workflows that run inboxes, calendars, and follow-ups on autopilot.

Accounting & Finance

Automating reporting, reconciliation, and the questions that come back every month.

Marketing & Sales

Designing outreach systems that classify, route, and respond without losing voice.

Operations & HR

Creating hiring funnels and escalation flows that keep humans in the right loop.

06 / Who's teaching

A program by CAIO Coach and DOXA Labs.

Co-presented by Dave Hajdu of CAIO Coach and the team at DOXA Labs. Same program, two front doors.

The Coach

Dave Hajdu

Founder of the AI Officer Institute. Started at Microsoft in 1999. Founded Vinasource (web and mobile development). Co-founded TINYpulse, where he raised $9.5M and led the company without writing a line of code, before its acquisition by WebMD.

He coaches leaders to lead the AI half of every workflow they already own. Not to code. To lead.

The Lab

DOXA Labs

DOXA Labs is the internal AI capability arm of DOXA. Agentic AI for Business is the first program extended out to clients of DOXA and its partners.

The DOXA approach combines talent, technology, and capability building under a single umbrella called Conscious Outsourcing. This program is that approach, condensed into six sessions you can run with your team.

07 / FAQ

Common questions.

If yours is not here, write to us. The fastest way is the contact form.

Who is this for?

Any professional role. Leaders, operators, individual contributors. You do not need a technical background to take this program.

Do we cover coding?

Yes, briefly. There is a war happening right now between Claude and ChatGPT over coding agents, and it is reshaping every team's stack. We will pull back the curtain on what is changing and what it means for non-engineers. You will not be asked to write code yourself.

How much does it cost?

The program is free for partner-track participants and their teams. If you came in through CAIO Coach or DOXA Labs, you are in.

How long is each session?

90 minutes. Live, with time at the end for Q&A and walkthroughs of what people are building.

Can I attend asynchronously?

Yes. Sessions are recorded and the assets are released to participants after each session, so you can run a cohort on your own cadence.

What do I walk out with?

A categorized AI roadmap mapped to your business, a working AI prototype you can use the same day, and a production-ready brief you can hand to an engineering team.

Reserve seats

Bring your team. Run the program together.

Cohorts are capped, and partner-track seats fill first. The next cohort opens May 14, 2026 at 4PM Mountain. Reserve your team's spots before the seat list closes.
